Who we are
BidNexa is an early-stage UK business developing a service that helps organisations explore alternative suppliers for workplace and facilities services and, where appropriate, facilitates introductions to service providers.
Privacy enquiries can be sent to hello@bidnexa.co.uk.
Information we may use
We may use business information such as an organisation's name, trading location, website, business sector, publicly listed business contact details and information about services the organisation has told us it may be interested in reviewing. Where a business contact is identifiable, this may also include their name, role and work contact details.
Where information comes from
Information may be provided directly by you or your organisation, or obtained from publicly available business sources such as an organisation's own website, public registers and other legitimate public business directories. Public availability does not remove our responsibility to use personal information fairly and lawfully.
Why we use information
We may use relevant business information to identify organisations that could reasonably be interested in reviewing a facilities service, to make limited business-to-business contact, to respond to enquiries, to assess and facilitate requested introductions, and to maintain records needed to respect opt-outs and objections.
Our lawful basis
Where UK data protection law applies to personal information used for appropriate business-to-business outreach to a corporate organisation, we may rely on legitimate interests, subject to an assessment of necessity, proportionality and the individual's rights and reasonable expectations. Where consent is required by applicable electronic marketing rules, we will not rely on legitimate interests as a substitute for that consent.
Our initial unsolicited email outreach is intended to be restricted to corporate subscribers such as limited companies and LLPs, with particular care taken not to treat sole traders or other protected individual subscribers in the same way.
Marketing and opt-outs
Our outreach should identify BidNexa and provide a straightforward way to object or opt out. If you object to direct marketing, we will stop using your personal information for that purpose. We may retain a minimal suppression record so that your preference continues to be respected.
Sharing information with service providers
BidNexa does not intend to operate by selling bulk personal contact lists. Where an organisation expresses interest in being introduced to a service provider, we will seek to make the purpose of the introduction clear and will only share contact information where we have an appropriate basis to do so. Service providers are responsible for their own data protection obligations after an introduction.
How long we keep information
We aim to keep prospect information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, taking account of accuracy, campaign relevance and legal obligations. Suppression information may be retained for longer because its purpose is to ensure an opt-out or objection continues to be respected.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights over your personal information, including rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction and objection. The right to object to use of personal information for direct marketing is absolute.
To exercise a right or raise a concern, email hello@bidnexa.co.uk. You may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies and tracking
This initial BidNexa website does not intentionally use advertising cookies, behavioural analytics or email tracking pixels. If that changes, this notice and any required consent mechanism will be updated before those technologies are introduced.
Changes
BidNexa is at an early stage and its service may evolve. We will update this notice when our processing activities materially change.
